The performances from all of the performers were of good quality. The interaction between Violeta and Alfredo lacked sincerity at times. However, overall the singing was good The gentleman playing Germont sang with real quality as did Violeta.

The simple scenary was very effective at conveying the mood in each scene and the quality of the vocals and the orchestra was excellent. However the male lead was a little hard to hear at times and was a bit overwhelmed by the very strong soprano. Also some guests felt a little uncomfortable with the nudity in scene 2 of act 2 and asked whether it was needed.
