By registering on the http://www.pragueticketoffice.com/affiliate/AffRegistrace.aspx website and by placing the source code of the www.pragueticketoffice.com website on your own website you are expressing your consent to the following Terms and Conditions that govern the rights and obligations between you (hereinafter referred to as the Partner) and the Prague Ticket Office ‒ Via Musica s.r.o. (hereinafter referred to as the PTO) as the Provider of the Partner Affiliate Programme (hereinafter referred to as the Programme). Registration in the Programme is free of charge and by its implementation you will become a Partner while at the same time you will also undertake to comply with the Programme’s conditions.

All of the Partner’s data provided for registering are processed in accordance with the current laws of the Czech Republic and are used only within the Programme for cooperation between the Partner and the PTO. The Partner registers for the Programme using this registration form. The PTO will accept registrations especially from specific websites, the content of which focuses in general on culture in Prague and on travel and tourism in Prague and in the Czech Republic and, in particular, on classical music, jazz, opera and ballet and both black theatre and puppet theatre in Prague. The PTO reserves the right to reject a registration without giving any reason. Under no circumstances will the PTO accept registrations from those websites that it considers as being contrary to sound morals and/or to the current laws of the Czech Republic.
The Programme serves to redirect visitors to the Partner’s website to the PTO’s own website and for the subsequent detailed recording of any online purchases of tickets that the visitor implements through the PTO’s website. By utilising the Programme the Partner will support the PTO’s website and/or the individual cultural events listed there, in various forms, i.e. through texts, links, or in other advertising formats as banners provided by or agreed with the PTO. The PTO undertakes to pay the Partner the agreed commission for this activity. The commission is expressed as a percentage of the total purchase price of all the online tickets ‒ eTickets ‒ purchases from the PTO’s website that were demonstrably implemented based on redirection from the Partner’s website.
The Partner undertakes to promote the PTO’s website in a manner that is consistent with sound business practice and that will not damage the reputation of the PTO. When promoting the PTO using advertising systems (e.g. PPC) the advertising formats should not lead directly to the PTO’s website but only to the Partner’s website. The presentation on the Partner’s website must also not contain any repetitive or redundant wording in either the source code or the content nor any misleading or otherwise manipulative text nor any content that is simply intended to improve the page ranking of the Partner’s website. The PTO reserves the right to check the web content and the placement of banners on the Partner’s website and, in the event of any breach of these Terms and Conditions, to terminate this cooperation.
The PTO undertakes to pay to the Partner the agreed commission for all the online ticket purchases implemented from the PTO’s website by customers demonstrably through visiting and being redirected from the Partner’s website. Provided that the commission earned is CZK 250 or more, it will be paid to the Partner’s account on a monthly basis in accordance with the invoice issued by the Partner and sent by email, by mail or hand delivered. The amount of the commission will be calculated from the records maintained by the PTO in the private section allocated to the Partner. The Partner expressly agrees that the PTO will not accept any other statistics or methods of measurement. The PTO undertakes to ensure the Partner’s possibility of tracking the results of his/her campaign online and also the current amount of his/her commission.
This cooperation through the Programme between the PTO and the Partner is concluded for an indefinite period and it may be revoked at any time by either of the parties. The PTO and the Partner are both free to cancel their cooperation by e-mail. The PTO also reserves the right to change these Terms and Conditions at any time and to implement a new version of the Programme.
