- Pick one of the Gift Certificate motives which expresses your feelings the best way.
- Do not hesitate to write a little dedication that will be stated on your Gift Certificate. In case you will not write any personalized dedication, a general text will be stated on your Gift Certificate (see example below)
- Fill in your name, surname and e-mail.
- Pay with your credit / debit card or use PayPal.
- You shall receive a confirmation e-mail in a few minutes at the email address you provided within the purchase process. You will find your Gift Certificate attached to this e-mail.
- We don´t send the Gift Certificate via post. Only via e-mail.
A Gift Certificate is to be used for an online purchase at www.pragueticketoffice.com.
A Gift Certificate can be used to pay for a desired number of tickets up to the total value or even more. On www.pragueticketoffice.com, choose and insert to the shopping cart your desired event (or combination of events).
What to do in case the amount exceeds the Gift Certificate amount:
After you selected your desired event(s), your tickets will appear in the cart. Go to order and complete Your Personal Data. Then choose the Way to get Tickets and choose your desired method of payment in the Select Payment Method and fill in the Gift Certificate number (under Additional Information section). After clicking on "continue" and agreeing to Terms and Conditions, you will be redirected to payment gateway, where the balance amount exceeding the value of the Certificate will appear. After completing the transaction, you can print out the tickets.
What to do in case the amount of your order is equal or lower than the value of the Gift Certificate:
When filling "Payment Information", do not choose any form of payment, just fill in the Gift Certificate number under the "Form of payment" box. Then you just click on "continue" and your transaction is completed, you get the confirmation about tickets purchase and can immediately print out the tickets. - The Gift Certificate is valid for one year.
- One Gift Certificate can be used only for one purchase (the Gift Certificate code can be input only once for one-time purchase).
- An unredeemed Gift Certificate cannot be exchanged or refunded.
- In case the value of the Gift Certificate exceeds the value of the order you cannot use the Gift Certificate later for another online purchase and the remaining value of the Certificate cannot be returned or refunded.
- The euro exchange rate is merely indicative as payment is charged in Czech Korunas.
- The Client acknowledges that he may not withdraw from a contract for the use of free time if Via Musica s.r.o performs such a contract in a specified time period, i.e. that the Client who is a consumer may not withdraw from a contract with the Organiser.
