Sextet and vocalist were very good but the organist’s playing was bland and uninspired imo, e. G little registration change on the toccata that I could detect. Also, I believe several items on the program were changed.

6 musicians on strings, one organist and one soprano gave us a wonderful concert including Mozart, Vivaldi, Beethoven, Bach and Mendelssohn. They were all talented musicians playing a great choice of classical pieces packed into one hour. I could have listened to them all night.

The programme consisted of well-known classics. Despite the talented soprano and organist the arrangements from Mozart’s Requiem and Verdi’s Aida for soloists did not work for me. The string players of the Royal Czech Orchetra were excellent, especially the lead violinist.

Program byl vybraný s ohledem na předpokládané publikum. Bohužel v auditoriu seděli i znalci hudby,byť byli cizinci,velice dobře znají díla Smetany- zkrácení Vltavy vyvolalo opravdu silnou kritiku. Stejně tak interpretace předehry z opery Aida na varhany - nezlobte se,ale to byl paskvil. To není skladba pro varhany. Byť rychlost varhanika byla neskutečná,spíše to vyznělo stylem- “ať to rychle odehraju a můžu jít “- klasické KMČ. I cizinci to hodnotili stejně- bez emočního projevu Možná méně skladeb v celé délce by zasloužily více uznání, hudebníci i zpěvačka podali velmi dobrý výkon. I na tyto koncerty chodí milovníci vážné hudby a znalci či poloprofesionálové. Za tuto cenu by asi ocenili skladby bez úpravy Omlouvám se,že píšu takto rozvláčně, předpokládám,že mnoho komentářů nedostáváte.

It is truly sad to see musicians with great potentials reduced themselves to music performance such as what we have witness. My 12 year-old counted better than the group, and my 16 year old takes any performance more seriously than them. We were glad we attended the concert. My children witnessed with their own eyes what bad music is like.

though a concert generated for the tourists, and only exerts played from the various selections, it was extremely well done with a brilliant orchestra and a wonderful soloist. the Chapel's acoustics were perfect for this concert. We were looking for something short and sweet and that is what we received. Truly enjoyed the concert.

The organ player was not the best one. He was playing to fast and with no emotion. Playing the toccata as fast as possible is not what the audiance appreciate.

The show started a bit rough and pitchy. However, the second half was spectacular. Hard to do Vivaldi’s seasons with an orchestra of 5. It seems they chose the pieces for their recognizability more than quality. Still, it’s a nice show in a beautiful chapel. Organist and opera singer’s second performances were the highlight.

Trés beau concert, trés bon musiciens, particulièrement le violon soliste et la chanteuse. Moins fan de l'orgue, j'aurais préféré le piano mais c'est tout à fait personnel car l'organiste était de grande qualité également. Les morceaux joués sont un patch de plusieurs grands classiques, connus de tous. Ce concert convient donc tout à fait aux néophytes en musique classique

Soprano: excellent, brava. Strings: Very good, a bit out of tune at times. Organist: disappointing; first piece was kitschy, Bach Toccata and Fugue too difficult. Program: Ave Maria was the highlight, well done. Beethoven's 5th sounded silly with such a small group. With a lighter and less demanding program (maybe a bit more Czech chamber music?) this could be a lovely concert, but would not recommend it as it is.

Very good musicians, but the compilation of the works is based on "smash hits" and also a little unkind. For a non-expert audience. The instrumentation for some works was not quite sufficient.. What a pity.

Avis en 2 temps. Tout d'abord les artistes, le concert, fabuleux, vraiment rien à redire, équipe soudée dans la musique qui partage son amour avec le public. La cantatrice fait vibrer de l'intérieur, l'organiste et l'orchestre sont fabuleux, vraiment ! Merci. Mais, ce plaisir est gâché en partie par les gens qui valent devant vous avec des GSM. Nous étions en première ligne de la catégorie B, plusieurs personnes de catégorie B et C se sont glissées dans la catégorie A au début du spectacle et ça a virevolté en permanence devant nous au dessus de notre champ de vision nous n'avions que des écrans de GSM et ne voyons plus rien. C'est chouette de pouvoir enregistrer, filmer mais ce serait peut-être bien de prévoir un meilleur cadrage à savoir permettre l'enregistrement du 1er et dernier morceau pour éviter les frustrations. Les gens à côté de nous avaient leur concert gâché, ils étaient constamment à tapoter sur les épaules des gens pour espérer voir quelque chose. Sinon, superbe, 👍

A really lovely concert of light classics in an absolutely stunning setting. Well worth it. Tip: We paid the lowest price to sit at the back. When we got there it was almost full and we were directed to the balcony. This was easily the best place to sit!

The musicians were excellent. However, the people attending the event are horrible. Photos and Recordings should be prohibited during the show as it draws attention away from the talented musicians. Throughout the show attendees were constantly blocking the view with their phones

The best thing in this concert was the female singer, whose voice was so brilliant that it would have been worth a whole one-hour recital. The strings played quite well what there was to be played. The two 'edited' (adapted for this skeleton 'orchestra' and brutally shortened) versions of Smetana and Beethoven were an agony for a music lover to listen to. The organist seemed to be in a hurry to get home as soon as possible: there was little interpretation involved, for which reason (and perhaps also due to the quality of the instrument) the sound was what you can hear at a merry-go-round in an amusement park. It was obvious that the concert was targeted at tourists. How sad that the organizers are too timid to raise the standard of such events by choosing authentic music, written for, e.g. string quartets, or recitals.

We really enjoyed the concert! The musicians were wonderful, playing pieces we know well. The soprano had a beautiful voice! We did not know there would be an organ soloist or singer as well as the excellent strings. It was lovely and well done. Thank you.

Nejlepší koncert tohoto typu ( nejznámější skladby nejznámějších umělců), který jsem slyšela. Zpěvačka paní Fajtová byla excelentní, také varhany a hl. housle. Všichni muzikanti byli profesionální. Měli jsme zde hosty z Nového Zélandu, byli nadšení. Děkujeme! Jen mi chyběl Antonín Dvořák: Slovanské tance.

Výběr skvělých hudebních kusu. Varhaník Robert Hugo naprosto excelentní. Sopranistka Marie Fajtova je nádherná a její přednes na mě udělal dojem. Orchestr hrál od srdce. Nejvíc by teto kvalitní akci prospělo vyžadovat od návštěvníků alespoň minimální dress code. Sandály a kraťasy v kostele a na živém koncertě poškozují celý zážitek.

Umelci podali profesionalni vykon, predevsim sopranistka byla uzasna. Ale I varhanik byl skvely. Koncert krasny, slavnostni. Mam jednu pripominku a tou je repertoar. Mozartovy Ctyri rocni obdobi bych vypustila......k vanocum se to nehodi a Vltava vlastne taky ne...... Chybely mi tam stare ceske koledy. A mozna I nemecke koledy . Skveli interpreti ale repertoar bych opravdu upravila.
