New Year Gala Concert in Lichtenstein Palace

Welcome 2025 with compositions of P. I. Tchaikovsky, F. Schubert, A. Dvořák or J. Strauss 

This particular chamber concert offers the best of classical music performed by skilled and verstaile Parnas Ensemble consisting of members of acclaimed Czech orchestras.

• C. Debussy: Clair de lune ( „Moonlight“ )
• J. Strauss: Pizzicato Polka
• F. Schubert: Ave Maria
• P. I. Tchaikovsky: Waltz of the Flowers from the ballet The Nutcracker
• M. Ravel: Bolero
• G. Bizet: Suite from Carmen
• J. Brahms: Hungarian Dance N^o 5

Performing: 

Parnas Ensemble (5 - 8 members): 

A chamber orchestra composed of members of Prague Symphony Orchestra and other acclaimed Czech ensembles and orchestras. For its brilliant art and virtuosity Parnas Ensemble won a well-deserved popularity. Its versatile and extensive repertoire enables the Parnas Ensemble to offer classical (Mozart, Haydn, Schubert, Smetana, Dvořák, Beethoven etc.) and contemporary music for varied occasions.
