BASIC SUMMARY

The company Via Musica s.r.o. processes your data because it is essential for the performance of your registration in the affiliate programme - partnership programme of Via Musica s.r.o. (hereafter the partnership programme) with you concerning ensuring and use of the partnership programme.

IDENTITY AND CONTACT DATA OF CONTROLLERS

The controller of your personal data is the trading company Via Musica s.r.o., having its registered office at the address Na Kozačce 1272/12, Vinohrady, 120 00 Praha 2, ID No: 052 15 684, entered in the Companies Register kept by the Municipal Court in Prague section C, insert 259323 (hereafter the "controller“).

The controller has not appointed a representative for personal data protection.

LEGAL BASIS FOR PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA

The legal basis for the processing of your personal data is the fact that this processing is essential for:
1. fulfilling registration in the partnership programme between you and the controller
2. meeting of legal duties which apply to the controller in the sense of article 6 paragraph 1c) of the regulation, specifically in particular the meeting of duties imposed on the controller by generally binding legal regulations, in particular Act No 235/2004 Coll., on value added tax, as amended, Act No 586/1992 Coll., on income tax, as amended, and Act No 563/1991 Coll., on accountancy, as amended.

PURPOSE OF PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA

The purpose of processing your personal data is the performance of business conditions of the partnership programme between you and the controller, including transmission of information about purchased ticket.
No automatic individual decision-making in the sense of article 22 of the regulation occurs from the part of the controller.

DURATION OF KEEPING OF PERSONAL DATA

Your personal data will be processed for the duration of the effects of the rights and duties from the business conditions of the partnership programme and potentially for the period necessary for the purposes of archiving according to the relevant generally binding legal regulations, but at most for the period designated by generally binding legal regulations.

OTHER RECIPIENTS OF PERSONAL DATA

Other recipients of your personal data will be persons ensuring technical, consultation or organisational activities for the controller in compliance with the instructions of the controller, including persons ensuring hosting services for the controller, and persons ensuring accounting services for the controller in compliance with the instructions of the controller (processors of personal data). The organiser of a cultural or social event to which a ticket applies may be another potential recipient of your personal data.
Financial administration authorities may be recipients of your personal data for fulfilling duties arising from legal regulations, as may be other relevant authorities in cases where generally binding legal regulations impose this on the controller.
The controller does not intend to pass your personal data on to a third country (to a country outside the EU) or to an international organisation.

RIGHTS OF SUBJECT OF DATA

Under the conditions designated in the regulation you have the right to require of the controller access to your personal data, the right to correction or deletion of your personal data or limiting of its processing, the right to make an objection to the processing of your personal data and also the right to the transferability of your personal data.
If you feel that the regulation has been breached or is being breached by the processing of your personal data, you have the right, amongst other things, to submit a complaint to the supervisory authority
You are not obliged to provide personal data. The provision of your personal data is a necessary requirement for the conclusion and performance of business conditions of the partnership programme, and without the provision of your personal data it is not possible to launch the partnership programme and operate it or administer it from the part of the controller.
