We bought VIP tickets which meant that we supposed to be seated on the coaches with a nice view of the stage. When we arrived, the receptionist told us that we are not on the list, therefore we will be seated on chairs (very uncomfortable). But we paid the full price for two tickets, the other couple had the same problem.
Luckily someone did not arrive and we were seated normally, but staff behaved very badly and said that it happens quite often that people are not on the list, and they cannot do anything.
