1. Why travel agencies choose to work with us

  • Group discounts on 10+ tickets. Most of our events qualify for a discount once you order ten tickets or more - with no extra service fees on top. You pay the reduced ticket price, nothing more.
  • Genuinely flexible and accommodating. Plans shift, groups grow or shrink, and clients ask for things at the last minute. We work with you and the promoter to find a solution wherever one exists.
  • Local knowledge you can rely on. We've personally attended most of the events we sell, so when you ask which concert suits a particular group, we can tell you from experience -not from a brochure.

2. How the partnership works

  1. Browse our offer. Check the full programme and pick the event(s) that fit your group.
  2. Request a quote. Contact us with the event, date, and number of tickets.
  3. Get a fast reply. We usually respond within 24 hours; messages sent Friday afternoon are answered at the start of the following week.
  4. Discuss your discount. Discounts are agreed per event - most organizers offer around 10% on orders of 10+ tickets.
  5. Reserve with confidence. Once we've agreed on the cooperation, we place a reservation that holds until an agreed date, giving you time to confirm final numbers with your clients.
  6. Adjust as needed. Up until that agreed date, we can increase or decrease the ticket quantity on your reservation - ideal for groups whose final headcount isn't locked in from day one.
  7. Pay only the agreed price. No hidden fees, no booking surcharges - just the discounted ticket price.

If any of your clients have special requests - accessibility needs, etc.- let us know. We'll do everything we can, together with the event organizer, to accommodate them.
