To begin the concert, Frenzy by the contemporary American composer John Adams takes us to the depths of madness caused by information overload, and at the end we will try to get to the bottom of the secrets in Edward Elgar’s Enigma Variations. In between we will hear a Prokofiev piano concerto played by Evgeny Kissin.
